PPSSPP shows you a socket error message when trying to connect to the online lobby. Most of the time, socket errors are IP-related. So first off, make sure you're connecting to the right IP. Double check that you copied the right one. If you're using the right IP, then it's possible that the other person isn't hosting yet. This shouldn't be a problem with Airy's IP. If that is not the case, check the "relayed tunnel" problem
Hamachi Relayed Tunnel Easy Fix For Cracked
The little circle next to someone's name in Hamachi can be either white (meaning that person is offline), green (direct tunnel), or blue (relayed tunnel). You want to have a direct tunnel with the person you're playing, but sometimes the other person will show up as relayed tunnel. When this happens, one of the parties involved is getting relayed tunnel with everyone that is online. This is the person who is "at fault" here. I don't know a surefire solution, but restarting Hamachi seems to usually work. If that doesn't fix the problem, try reinstalling Hamachi 2ff7e9595c
